Jaime is passionate about learning, and as a Trainer at matchbox she gets to share that love with clients daily.  After starting her mortgage career as a processor, and she has held every operations position possible including processing, underwriting, secondary market, compliance, disclosure desk, closing, post-closing, Operations Manager and Encompass Administrator. She was recognized by the Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association as their “2017 Best in Business – Rising Star” award recipient for her contributions to and passion for the mortgage industry. Her vast experience gives her unique perspective when working with clients; understanding their needs and tailoring technology and training that maximizes their efficiency. Jaime prides herself in making a usually mundane topic engaging and even fun for end users to learn.  In addition to her functional experience, she is also an Encompass Certified Administrator and also expertly trains Non-Encompass technology including POS, LOS, and CRM systems. 

 

Jaime and her husband Jesse call Madison, Wisconsin home. When not cheering for one of her city’s many sports teams she can be found trying out new breweries, spending summers on the Wisconsin River with their two corgis, reading on her front porch, or catching live music. As a lover of all things themed and over the top she spends months planning and executing decorations for every holiday and loves seeing how much joy it brings to the neighborhood kiddos.
