Jill comes to matchbox with more than 17 years experience in the mortgage industry.  During her earlier years, she wore may hats including processor, loan office assistant, closer, post closer, and operations manager.  The one common denominator during those early years was each company utilized the Encompass Loan Origination System.  Her foundational knowledge of Encompass grew as her roles changed over the years and eventually she became an Encompass administrator for a company with over 200 users.

Since joining the matchbox team, Jill has been able to put her past experiences to use.  She understands what it is like to be an end user and helps guide clients to the best options for their company’s goals.  Jill has firsthand experience in developing protocols which allow Encompass to help clients work smarter, not harder.

Coastal North Carolina is home to Jill and her husband, Jason and son, Cooper.  As a family, they love spending their time on their boat or at the beach.  The boys love to surf and fish, and Jill is usually holding down the beach chairs while reading a good book.
