Michael Schop has worked in the mortgage industry for over 10 years in various Encompass leadership, developer, and support roles. Michael has gained valuable experience over the years, and has participated in hundreds of technology engagements, including the 2020 URLA rollout for approximately 75 clients. Prior to working in the mortgage industry, Michael worked in the banking and financial services industry. When not at work, Michael is an avid gardener and learning Spanish for future world travels.
