Having been a former client, we made the decision to select the Encompass Loan Origination System as we felt it was the strongest platform to support our business model. Almost 10 years later, we still feel the exact same way. Encompass is the most robust, end-to-end Loan Origination System in the market today. It provides a great foundation for companies to build on to adequately support their business models. But as strong as the system is, it requires a strong understanding of the mortgage industry to truly take advantage of all that Encompass offers. The Matchbox team is comprised of mortgage bankers with diverse areas of mortgage expertise. With each Encompass project, we use our mortgage IQ to translate how to get the most out of the system. To truly understand Encompass, you must understand mortgage, and our team provides our clients with that knowledge. With over 200 Encompass engagements, our lead developer, John Clerkin, drives the team to create solutions that fit each client’s needs. Our goal is to provide you with the best Encompass environment that you can support – and can support you – for years to come.

Encompass Implementation

When migrating from a legacy Loan Origination System to Encompass, you must have a feel for where you are and where you are going. Most clients make the mistake of attempting to re-create their current process in Encompass which is a grave mistake. Our process starts with understanding how you do business today – what systems and tools are you using to support your workflow, but more importantly, what systems and tools are you not using. Once this is understood, then we begin to determine how your model will be supported within Encompass. We provide a full service offering where we will create a fully customized Encompass environment to your specifications. It begins with the Operational Readiness process and ends with a knowledge transfer to your staff to support the system going forward.

Encompass 2.0

Whether you are a relatively new Encompass client or one that has been on the platform for years, we find a common issue with clients who have already implemented Encompass: you are not getting the most out of the system offerings. It could be because you are somewhat new to the system and are not aware of the many functions it can perform. Or, if you have been on the system for a while, you have probably built a complex web of code and customizations that continue to create daily challenges. In either instance, you are not using a majority of the native Encompass functionality. Our Encompass 2.0 engagement lets you hit the reset button and re-launch a new, streamlined workflow that provides a strong foundation for the years to come. The Encompass 2.0 engagement gives you a clean slate, and the latest and greatest that Encompass and matchbox has to offer.

Encompass Virtual Assist

The Encompass Virtual Admin offering provides access to matchbox’s team of  dedicated Encompass administrators to support your Encompass needs on an ongoing basis. The Virtual Admin provides a full time on demand access to Encompass support and minor development requests to support your business. Whether it is to cover for a vacation, an extended period of coverage, or overall additional coverage to your team, the Virtual Admin offering provides experience Ellie Mae support from a Ellie Mae Pro Partner and Certified Administrators. The Virtual Admin engagement  can be structured in multiple ways to for your needs.
